Private & Ethical Problems

I think privacy and ethics are definately something that goes hand in hand of things that need to be rethought on how they are used on the web. There are many ways that we can keep stuff on sites private or safe, but there are many things that arnt private that others think ought to be. Such examples are having personal profiles and pictures and videos on commonly known websites as, Myspace, and Facebook. These are also ethical problems cause a company or organization can freely look at these profiles themselves and make choices to whether or not its ok with them. This is a problem because the most users believe that this is just private internet use and should not effect there lives otherwise. A result of all this i believe that there will soon be some sort of agreement that will be needed to be signed to let the persons know what is ok for the organization.

Newspaper Worry

I believe this study is pretty accurate by my own habits. I get most of my news off yahoo homepage or word of mouth. I'm on the internet most of my day, so it's just more convenient with my life style. I think newspapers might die off sometime in the future. I think with more free, faster, "convenient" sources, the newspaper industry might have a problem.

Experiences with the web

Well my experiences with writing with the web are this. I had started my own Game Forums for a few of my games. I have a myspace facebook and now a blogger. I did a little bit of html writing at ITT Technical Institute. Did a lil bit of Visual Basic, no java. And Now im in this class trying to tone the skills of web writing. I believe out in the job career im gonna try to find a job with more of Networking, but i believe web writing will be a very good trait to have knowing that administrators seem to be more of a "Jack of all trades". Of course Web writing is used in every aspect of the WWW, and is necessary.
